Bridgestar, an initiative of the nonprofit strategy consultant Bridgespan Group, provides online resources to help nonprofit organizations build strong leadership teams and enable talented individuals to pursue career paths as nonprofit leaders.

By providing online content, tools, and talent-matching services to help nonprofit leaders and career changers search for a nonprofit management role, Bridgestar enhances choice and transparency for nonprofits and job seekers in the hiring process. Through these resources, Bridgestar strengthens individual nonprofit organizations as well as the nonprofit sector as a whole.
