Chloe Fagan-Tucker


As an associate on the Governance & Citizen Engagement initiative, Chloe is focused on civic tech investments in the United States. 

Chloe brings a variety of investment, consulting, and social impact experience to her work at Omidyar Network. Prior to joining the firm, she was an investment banking associate at Credit Suisse where she covered the technology industry and worked on equity, debt, and M&A transactions. While in business school, Chloe was a summer associate in the industrials group at Citi, an MBA senior graduate fellow at Impact America Fund, and an MBA summer associate with Kapor Capital. Chloe was previously a consultant at FSG, where she advised nonprofits, foundations, and corporations on strategies to enhance their social impact. She also worked as a project manager and strategic business analyst at Aspire Public Schools where she led implementation of the organization’s first formal education technology pilots across several Bay Area schools. She began her career as a technology consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting the Social Security Administration’s efforts to update their mission-critical case processing information systems.

Chloe received an MBA from University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a B.A. in African and African-American studies from Duke University.
