Kitty is an associate at Omidyar Network, where she focuses on policy, advocacy, and related investments for the Governance & Citizen Engagement initiative in Europe.
Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Kitty was a digital adviser at the Department for International Development, focusing on the development and implementation of the department’s digital strategy. Before that she was at the Open Government Partnership, where she supported the OGP Steering Committee and developed and launched a program for subnational governments. She also served in the Cabinet Office, most recently as senior policy advisor for transparency and open data, managing the team responsible for open data policy across government at a time when the United Kingdom was the world-leading government on open data, and in the Judicial Appointments Commission.
Kitty received a B.A. in international history and politics from the University of Leeds.
